About Me:

I started my journey recovering from burnout, with no idea how to manage my energy as a neurodivergent woman.

I was constantly drained and overwhelmed, despite having a background in mental health, and trying everything from career change and therapy to meditation.

After 5 years of research, trial and error I created a system that actually works for neurodivergent people – so that you don’t have to spend years in burnout, a fortune on therapies, and loose out on career advances, family time, or health.

Now, I run my own wellness business, helping people like me reclaim their energy, prevent burnout, and thrive in their careers, relationships, and personal lives.

You Will Work On:

Neurotype

It is not enough to know (or suspect) that you are highly sensitive or autistic/ADHD/PTSD etc., so you will be guided to get really specific on how your neurotype is expressed and how it affects you so that you can instantly feel more calm and relieve the fatigue.

2.

Nervous system regulation

The constant state of stress drains a lot of energy, causes burnout, and health issues. You will learn to regulate your nervous system and stay calm despite the circumstances, so that the inevitable stressors are not affecting your health and productivity.

Energy cycles

You will get an understanding of the invisible energy drains and how to manage them as well as how to source and maintain energy in a sustainable way so that you can easily get your energy back without cutting out any responsibilities.

Emotional regulation

Whether you tend to have strong emotions or can’t seem to feel/recognise emotions at all, both cases can cause issues (e.g. energy drain or unexplained anxiety) so you will learn how to manage it and relieve subconsious stress and emotional drain.

Mindset and approach

Crucial part of healing that needs to be maintained throughout the process. You will experience shifts that will instantly put you on a different path where wellness and self-care feel easy, pleasant, and achievable.

Limiting beliefs, fears

Are often subconscious and blocking your recovery, so you will learn a few simple ways to uncover and dissolve them so that you can feel capable and achieve your goals in wellness or other areas of life.

Can lead to people-pleasing and loose boundaries which also drain energy and need to be addressed. You will learn easy ways to grow your long-term confidence in a healthy, sustainable way.

Women have been conditioned to be comfortable and convenient, to please others first which is a fast track to burnout, so you will examine where this comes up and unlearn it so that you can stand your ground and get your worth in a way that feels comfortable.

And female menstrual cycle affect productivity every week. You will acquire skills and wisdom to harness the hormones and fluctuating productivity for maximum efficiency, health, balance, and flow.

The program includes small, manageable steps that fit easily into your schedule, taking only about an hour a week. Plus, the methods are science-backed to help you stay motivated and accountable.

I hear this a lot from people who start the Flourish Formula. It’s easy to feel like you “just need to try harder,” but here’s the truth:

  • Support and Accountability: Even if you know the steps to take, having support and accountability makes all the difference. You don’t have to do this alone. In the program, we hold space for you, providing the encouragement and structure you need to actually do those things you’ve been putting off.
  • Breaking Through Procrastination: Procrastination often comes from deeper layers—it’s not about laziness or willpower. Together, we uncover and resolve the root causes of procrastination, building lasting habits that stick well beyond the program. Because if you’ve known what to do for a while but haven’t done it, there’s more going on under the surface, and pushing yourself harder isn’t the answer.
  • Uncovering the Layers of Burnout: You may think you know all the answers, but most of my clients discover there are aspects of burnout they haven’t considered—ones that make recovery faster and easier when properly addressed. Great question! You don’t need to make drastic changes to find more ease, flow, and energy. In fact, most of my clients don’t leave their jobs while going through the program.

The Flourish Formula is designed to help you recover from burnout without needing to overhaul your entire life. I don’t recommend making big shifts when you’re already burnt out—it adds more stress. Instead, we focus on small, actionable steps that fit into your current routine, so you can regain clarity and resources. After recovery, you’ll find that you’re in a much better place to make any decisions about your job or workload, if necessary.

Absolutely. Many neurodivergent individuals, including myself and my clients, have other health conditions like autoimmune illnesses or disabilities. The program is designed to work with your unique needs, not against them. By regulating your nervous system and improving your energy and balance, you’ll often find that some of those other symptoms and conditions become more manageable as well.
