I started my journey recovering from burnout, with no idea how to manage my energy as a neurodivergent woman.
I was constantly drained and overwhelmed, despite having a background in mental health, and trying everything from career change and therapy to meditation.
After 5 years of research, trial and error I created a system that actually works for neurodivergent women – so that you don’t have to spend years in burnout, a fortune on therapies, and loose out on career advances, family time, or health.
